You consent to be contacted via email, phone, or in-app notification for updates, opportunities, assessment invitations, or service announcements as part of your use of the Platform.
By registering and posting jobs on our Platform, you grant ForceHQ the right to share your posted job(s) with registered candidates whose profiles closely match the job requirements.
ForceHQ may, at its discretion, invite candidates to participate in assessments or to apply for your jobs, on your behalf, acting as a recruitment facilitator.
You authorize ForceHQ to disclose your data (including personal details, resume, skills/assessment results, or any other information provided) to third-party employers who are using our services for recruitment, hiring, or talent search.The Platform may use your information for analytics, service improvement, candidate validation, or other legitimate business interests, always in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By registering and applying for jobs through ForceHQ, you consent to the collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data, including but not limited to your resume, contact details, assessment results, and professional qualifications.
You acknowledge and agree that your data may be automatically used by the Platform to apply for jobs that match your profile, without further notification.
You explicitly grant the Platform the right to:
• Store and process all information you provide, including assessment results, resumes, and contact details.
• Share these details with prospective employers registered on the Platform who are searching for suitable candidates.
• Use automated systems to match and apply on your behalf to relevant job postings, if your profile meets the requirements.
